Trust me when I say that we'll look into more things than you expect! Rather than concentrating on just your physical stats like many nutrition programs, you will fill out an in depth intake questionnaire. Expect to dedicate upwards of 30 minutes to complete it, at minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you've had any recent bloodwork done, you can send those ahead of time as well.
At the beginning of your appointment, I'm going to ask you to tell me your story.
How did you get to where you are?
What have been your struggles and successes?
What are your current concerns?
What are you hoping to achieve?
I will review your intake with you and we'll dig into topics as we go. This typically takes the entire intake
Once target issues are identified, they will be prioritized based on need and impact. You may receive recommendations for nutritional supplements and/or laboratory testing (Functional or Conventional through your doctors).
We'll go through the basics, but the entire process is very individualized.
I am in the process of depaneling and will no longer be In-network. For out-of-network benefits, you can be provided a superbill to submit to your insurance for any reimbursement, or use to hit your deductible!
Depending on your need, meal plans or recipe books can be added to your service for an additional fee. These are not covered by insurance.
Yes! If you have a doctor, therapist, trainer, etc. that you would like me to coordinate care with, you can approve me doing so. I must follow all HIPAA regulations, so you'll just need to sign a form.
Yes. I can request laboratory testing as we see fit. From gut panels, hormones, or general LabCorp testing, I can set this up and review your results from a functional perspective. For general LabCorp testing, I can also provide you a list of tests in a letter to give to your doctor to see if they'll request the tests for you, under your insurance.
